Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review the situation and make it right.

If approved, we will provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution at our discretion.
